Resources for Supervisors
If someone reports a concern to you, offer them support, and help connect them to the appropriate office. If you are a mandatory reporter, be sure to report.
It may not be appropriate to review the concern yourself. If you need help determining how to handle a matter, or whom to refer the concern or the individual bringing forward the concern, you should consult the resources below.
Additionally, confidential resources, such as the Office of the Ombudsperson, CAPS, and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), are available to all faculty, staff, and students who would like to discuss a matter confidentially.
