LaVance earned his Bachelor degree in Sociology and his masters degree in College 宅男福利导航 Personnel Administration from Illinois State University. LaVance is currently working on his PHD in Higher Education Administration. LaVance has worked in residence life in several institutions including East Carolina University, UNC Asheville, and Illinois State University. Prior to 宅男福利导航 University, LaVance was the Assistant Director of Equitable 宅男福利导航 Success at Columbia College Chicago. LaVance has experience as a non-clinical case manager and values helping students and staff overcome concerns regarding mental health.
LaVance is passionate about team development and professional development. LaVance loves to laugh and uplift others. Outside of his career, LaVance enjoys spending time with loved ones, writing poetry, photography, attending comedy clubs, traveling, and learning something new.
